Eating healthy doesn't have to be difficult.
So many women are too concerned with carbs and being thin. As you age, especially as you age, the MOST important things that should be focused on are staying away from processed foods, FIBER intake and strength training. As we go into our menopause years, these are the most important things!
This is a simple, healthy, and super delicous dinner I made last night. My mom gave me a butternut squash the other day so I diced it up, rubbed it with avocado oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice and roasted it along with it's seeds in the oven. Then I made a whipped tofu (Rainbow Plantlife) and put that on my plate, topped with some black lentils I cooked over the weekend, massaged kale, then the roasted squash and seeds along with some sunflower seeds and a little sweet mustard dressing (made with all real ingredients from Well Your World). Simple and so delicious.
